This Privacy Policy applies as soon as you use the Groove website ("Website", "Site") or mobile application (the "App") (collectively the "Service").

When you use the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, do not use the Service.

Groove has the right to change, update, or alter this Privacy Policy from time to time, and it is your sole responsibility to read and understand the updated Privacy Policy. Groove collects and uses your Personal Information when you register for the Service. "Personal Information" is any information that can be used to personally identify you. Upon registration, we may collect your name, email, date of birth, and other Personal Information. If you do not wish for us to use this information, please do not use the Service.

Groove may also collect information about your use of the Service including, but not limited to, your activities, content viewed, and cookies.

Groove contains forums and other public areas for the purpose of communication between users of the Service. Any content posted in such locations becomes public information and posting such content is done so at your sole discretion. If you do not wish for such content to become public information, we urge you to use caution when posting any information that may be personal or sensitive.

Groove is not intended for use by any persons under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from persons we know to be under the age of 13. A parent or guardian has the right to create an account for a minor aged 13 or older. If a parent or guardian establishes such an account for a minor aged 13 or older, this parent or guardian is solely responsible for the minor's use of the Service and the accuracy of all information collected by Groove through the minor's use of the Service. The parent or guardian is fully and solely responsible for the use or interpretation of any information provided to the minor through the minor's use of the Service.
